Kathleen Marron of the Marron Alliance in the USA and John Hill of Gort Luis Ltd based in the UK are launching another global coaching supervision group (or professional reflective practice) in 2026.

 

Both John and Kathleen are accredited Coach Supervisors (through Coaching Supervision Academy), deeply experienced leaders in their respective professions, and master executive coaches in the global field of coaching.

 

Complementary in their styles, they are united in their commitment to viewing coaching, and leadership, through a global, systemic lens.

Philosophy and approach

Each session is an opportunity to reflect on coaching experiences together with a group of global colleagues as Kathleen and John guide you through shared exploration. The aim is to gain insights into your work with clients and into you, as a person and a coach.

While open to any type of coaching practice, this supervision group will be particularly useful for those working with groups and teams. It will provide a systemic lens, using the supervision group members 
as a resonance chamber.

Vive la difference

One of the aims in working together is to tap into themes of difference - John and Kathleen bring diversity of gender, culture and profession.

They welcome as much difference as can be accommodated within a group of 6–8 people: e.g. gender, culture, race, age, neuro-diversity. We seek a global cohort.

Practical details

FREE Introductory Zoom Meeting with Kathleen and John: TBD

The group will hold two-hour, bi-monthly sessions for a total of six sessions over a year: Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec of 2026, and Feb, Apr of 2027.

 

Internal and external coaches welcome.

 

Completed an accredited coach training program.

 

ACC credential and above, with three years coaching experience.

 

Cost will be $1,350/£1,000 for the year package.

 

Payment will be 50% in advance and 50% on completion of four sessions.

The group will meet virtually (on Zoom) in the afternoon/evening GMT/BST and morning EST.

 

Note: ICF credential holders may submit up to 10 hours of coaching supervision as core competency credits toward their credential renewal.
